Sottomissione Zero - Burn In Flames (2003 EP)

Originally recorded in May 2003 at BIPS Studio in Milan and officially released in August 2026, Burn In Flames captures Sottomissione Zero’s raw hardcore sound across six tracks.

From the opening aggression of Trying To Be Good to the closing weight of In Memory Of, the EP delivers a direct hardcore attack built on abrasive vocals, driving guitars, solid rhythms, and a distinctly underground spirit. There is just six short bursts of hostility that preserve the energy of early-2000s European hardcore.

Burn In Flames feels less like a nostalgic reissue and more like a recovered piece of hardcore history finally getting the release it deserves. Sottomissione Zero will also be part of the upcoming I Love Mosh comp: Keep Hardcore Violent, bringing their raw Italian hardcore attack to another chapter of the project. A solid document from a band that keeps the spirit of hardcore loud, direct, and real.
